Paul Manafort made a deal with Mueller to reveal what he knew about Trump's involvement, and Mueller is claiming Paul Manafort lied to the investigators to protect Trump. (I assume he has evidence for this accusation, otherwise, why would he make a fool of himself and lose credibility which plays into the hands of Trump and his supporters) Shortly after this information went public we hear Trump saying a pardon isn't off the table. The Democrats are saying that statement amounts to obstruction of justice because if Paul Manifort knows that his only hope of freedom is to stay loyal to Trump, then Paul Manafort would likely keep Trump's illegal activity a secret.
The thing I find interesting is the liberals (general population) are watching CNN and what they know is biased, sensationalized, and exaggerated. However, the same can be said of the conservatives because they're getting their information from Fox News and Fox News offers a lot of conservative spin. If you watched from an outsiders perspective, you would see the manipulation in the media occurring with both outlets and the parroting of these opinions by the general public. Neither side is willing to think for themselves. I'm not claiming this is true of everyone, always but I am claiming it's true of everyone often and I'm guilty as is everyone else. I still argue that politics is a new faith-based religion.
I haven’t followed the Paul Manafort Case to really know what’s going on but I do believe the Meuler investigation is nothing more than a democrat witch hunt and should be discontinued. Meuler needs to be fired.

If it started as a witch hunt, but it turned out to be a valid investigation would you say it should be shut down?
Is your opinion that it is a witch hunt based on evidence or is it just a hunch based on a belief that these kind of games are played in politics?
