I just joined, but full disclosure, I'm both conservative and liberal depending on the issue. If you don't want me to join it will only take one person to say please leave and I'll go with no hurt feelings. My purpose is to aquire information from people who don't get all their information from CNN. I'm not a fan of news networks that feed me stories with a bias. That would include Fox news. I don't trust either network.

CNN has been very liberal for a long time. The only time I watch them was the morning after Trump was elected and that was only because I wanted to listen to them cry!

I'm still crying. I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart and with every fiber of my being, Trump is the lowest form of human. He acts like a spoiled child when he doesn't get his way, he has no honor and no tact, he only wants praise and worship. He worships himself, and he expects worship and blind loyalty that he hasn't come close to earning. He's without a doubt the biggest douchebag the office of the presidency has ever seen. The sad part is he'll win another term because he has enough worshippers and hate lovers to support his core. He'll pull in enough voters who hate him but won't support a Democrat.
I’m on the same boat. Republicans are confronting substantial internal divisions over foreign policy, the whole “Russia meddling” thing, etc. Having said this, atheist Republicans are such a minuscule fraction of the party that they probably don’t amount to much yet. But certainly this is the way of the future.

I might be more agreeable towards the Republicans if they weren't in bed with evangelicals. I don't care that evangelicals believe in God. That doesn't bother me a bit, but evangelicals also tend to be anti-science unless it benefits them. I refuse to associate myself with a party so bent on denying science.
Hello. I don't watch a particular news source, I pick up on news mostly from social media - friends who have varying views, organizations, , etc. News sources vary.. Fox, Vox, The Atlantic, NYT, Breitbart, The Federalist, Daily Wire, Daily Caller, LA Times, The Hill, Business Insider, etc.

I find that the majority of people are opinion news sponges and that's both conservatives and liberals. I don't mean sponges in either a complentary or derogatory way. What I mean is they don't follow up on their own. One source that reinforces their worldview and their minds are made up. I find that it's almost never that clean.
