How to find interested people?

Does anyone know if any sort of organization the could review or consider a person's information for things like movie rights or publications.

From my law enforcement investigation of organized criminal activity of governmental officials is something I have tried getting brought to public attention for things of racial profiling cover up by Texas Rangers, plans discussed by Texas state District Judge to kill a man because of his race and law enforcement that train child to act abused for having "probable cause " to terrorize and bully innocent people's lives, families and business, especially those that oppose there racist oppression.

I have tried for years now and jyst do not understand what it takes to get or find the right people interested so that something could be done about this goings on of organized criminal activity of governmental officials.

I just cannot believe how no one shows even the smallest of interest to do anything to have these governmental terrorist brought to justice. I just cannot believe no one seems to give a damn.
