Asimov on Science Fiction since 1938
I remember seeing Asimov at the Worldcon in Boston in 1989. He was parading around with two blondes on his arms singing a song he concocted to the tune of Home on the Range:
“Clone, clone of my own...
With a Y chromosome changed to X...”
He was a true character. I think he died not long afterwards.

I met Heinlein at World Con in '77. Walked away with an autograph on my first edition I Will Fear No Evil.
I liked him a lot. He was a harsh taskmaster and a tough critic, but a gem of an individual. Do you recall how you felt at the moment of getting that autograph?
