Take any word to start. Any word. Write about that word's impact in/on your life.
Tell your tale with every connection to that word.
Do that, and never be what you were.
Write what you know.
Awkward when you know something others want to suppress.
This is about learning about oneself. Don't need to share. The suggestion is to always write the letter, with all the anger you possess, but not to send the letter.
This gets the shit out of your brain. And provides a record of your reality.
@Jacar I did not get this was about letter writing.
I prefer to write what I don't know. It causes me to dig in and learn something new. That's off the cuff and flippant, but I think you get the idea.
We will learn what we need to when we start from where we are.
I started thinking of a scene in a small office. I know of such an office. Two rooms, sky light, in an old building. I am now able to move to the story.
Write what you know means the most basic stuff is within our experience. Use it.
