#Frankenbortion
Another word popped out today to express horror beyond horror - "frankenbortion". Anyone got a better suggestion please?
I don't think I get it. Frankenstein was kind of the opposite of an abortion.
Frankenstein was a monster. Colloquially abortion is another - also think literally 25% of pregnancies naturally abort what the body recognises as a monster. Frankenbortion is simply compounding monsters to produce a super monster.
@FrayedBear Making a Frankenstein out of aborted fetuses?
@Lysistrata No a compound word out of two other words. If I wanted to make Frankenstein out of aborted foetuses I send in the American Armed Forces with depleted uranium armament and just let nature go wild - Pinterest [pinterest.com.au]
How would any reader understand the implications of "frankenbortion"?
I'll have to set my mind to it and retire to my meditation room. It's rather sparsely furnished, with a single seat, part up which can be raised, and has a roll of paper conveniently to hand!
Many a consequential thought has emerged therein together with, to put it bluntly, a load of shit. But that is being human - we breathe, we eat & drink, we sleep, we fornicate and through necessity defecate whilst often contemplating that wonderful remnant of the umbilical cord ... some even practice their verbal diarrhoea but their humanness is frequently debated and they are named "politicians".
Oh, and FYI someone recently paid money to have an American University research and determine the time needed to evacuate the bowel. The average time turned out to be less than twenty seconds which means that longer time spent sitting is not only unnecessary but probably injurious aggravating piles or haemorrhoids. The western toilet bowl and seat frequently attributed to the unfortunately named Thomas Crapper does not properly position the large intestine to properly facilitate evacuation, which like child birth, is best accomplished with gravitational assistance.

@FrayedBear Chicken and egg. Thomas crapper invented the overhead flush toilet and became the owner of a large company marketing them. The Crap was named after him. (not before!)
However, I came across a wonderful American book, whose name I cannot recall, of a carpenter who was hired to find out why the farm hands took so long in the outhouse, He studied the problem carefully, and decided it was because he had carved those seats to be too darned comfortable, so he carved a few notches in them and toilet time was considerably shortened.
Society could probably benefit from doing the same to politician's parliamentary seats.
