Just found longer version with his name. Didn't know much about him, but after reading a little dickhead covers it.

@gigihein Thanks GiGi, you are on the case! I will give the longer video a watch. Watched it. The American Enterprise Institute is a think tank full of extremely conservative dickheads who promote apologist propaganda for capitalism, inequality, and corporate rule. His affiliation explains a lot. While he was making speeches about the importance of maintaining order and the danger of mobs, I couldn't help but want to see him now trying to pretzel dance his way into excusing the Jan. 6 rioters. Would love to see him grilled on that sometime on TV.
