@Heraclitus I'm fairly certain that's Caitlin satire. Meaning that will be an excuse the western governments will likely use having they, the Russians, put out the warning.

According to the article, it wasn't Caitlin who said it. It was British ambassador to the United Nations Karen Pierce:
"In a recent meeting with the press, British ambassador to the United Nations Karen Pierce told reporters that it is absolutely unthinkable that the terrorist factions in the terrorist-held Syrian province of Idlib could possibly be planning a terrorist attack using chemical weapons with the intention of blaming it on the Syrian government."
@Heraclitus right. I should have went back and looked before commenting. I should no better than to jump to conclusions. My mind must have been in defense mode of some sort.
