not a problem, just water with a bit of carbon dioxide in it. keep hydrated!
I'm sticking to my lifestyle change better except I still want to use butter. Vegan butter just doesn't do it for me. I've stopped eating out of boxes all together. Fresh veggies are the best.

I saw a doctor commentary recently (I can't remember where) that said fad diets were largely nonsense. The one thing people needed to do to eat more healthy and almost certainly lose weight was to cook their own food.
That single statement outweighed every other consideration for the overwhelming majority of people -- at least in the US. It's not as hard as many people make it out to be. And it's not like staples are expensive. People can win all the way around.
Yes, cooking your own meals is the healthiest way to go as long as you don't deep fry everything
