I try to use the filter of above ALL - do no harm and if that means keeping mum or not commenting/replying i do just that. If I'm emotionally invested i may try to diffuse or review the facts(buying time). I usually try to gage the magnatude (long term fall out) of the situation. If something insignificant- i just ignore/overlook. If important- usually the person knows my views;otherwise i do not WASTE effort(and emotional vesting). Arguing with someone(who i do not know) , just doesn't happen. People i love, i state my position/reasons-they know and respect(because i defend) my positions. People actively court arguments in society today/lifes short: i look at these as traps.The negative emotion of anger should be acted on and eliminated;not carried. Airing your view or feeling is turning emotion into action.Pick what battles YOU choose to interact in,how much energy to expend-these are in your hands... You have my empathy♒

No , i was highly motivated earlier in life. I still am ,yet the priorities are different. Mistakes early in life ,seem in hindsight,to be part of learning and easier to correct.-making major life changes comes with more consider -ation. Spontiniety would also suffer i would think. Alot of people i know claim one regret is they haven't PAID ATTENTION to the little voice( intuition) and followed thier instincts. That lesson i somehow picked up on early and kept alive-it serves me well today. thanks
