You can build up your own innate immunity with a healthy diet that ensures you have adequate levels of vitamin C and D. If you are obese, diabetic, or of advanced age you should take every precaution, and it would be wise to have Ivermectin on hand. If you are outdoors in the sunshine, you should have no concern of catching a respiratory virus, masked or unmasked. If you are indoors, you are most likely fine unless you are in a small unventilated enclosed space with someone that is exhibiting symptoms. Asymptomatic or healthy people do not spread viruses.
