I went to Codependents Anonymous for a couple of years. It’s a good 12-step group in general. The extent to which they stay away from Christianity and keep the higher power vague will vary from group to group. I do think 12-step groups tend to focus on the negative past behavior and not so much on positive future behavior and attitudes. I found a book by Kant’s Bosniak “The Becoming Process” to be a big help as a positive alternative process.

In a non-marriage relationship, people sometimes stay too long, but you stay because you’re committed to the person and not because of a piece of paper. I’ve been married twice: 35 years and nine months. The second one had anger issues and I learned enough from the first to get out more quickly. I don’t plan to marry again, but if the right person comes along I would consider it.

Had my right knee replaced a year ago (and 4 days, to be exact). I've done well. Following the rehab exercises faithfully is important. I still have pain if I turn it a certain way. And I have limitations, but I recovered at or ahead of schedule. I used my walker for three days and drove after three weeks (but didn’t tell my doctor). And this is my right knee.
