My niece through marriage recently found out she has cancer. Cancer of the larynx, which her doctors said is typically seen in older men who smoked for years. She found this out just a few weeks after her mother passed away from cancer. Her mother had also had advanced Alzheimer's. Very good to here you have been disease free.

I have stayed in a few and that is in general a much better experience than a hotel. They are great for groups of friends or family reunions as you can gather and have family meals without having to eat out all the time. So you would be doing the bNb with the suite while you lived in the large house? I was just trying to imagine a 4 bedroom not having a washer and dryer already. And you would not want to make it coin operated as I can see terrible reviews for doing something when someone is paying lots of money to stay in your house a night or two or a week. And to your comment about beach access, HOA board members are some of the most petty people on the face of the earth. I swear they must have been hall monitors in middle school.

Visited the website. Looks pretty nice. Shaded campsites are a big plus. Can't beat $20 a night with a stick. Look into a tent hammock. They have a mosquito netting you zip around you. I find them far more comfortable than sleeping on the ground. Try to find a local number for the campsite rather than just going through reservation.gov
