Bone in pork sirloin is a cut that will remain tender and moist easier than most cuts. Funny since it is also one of the cheapest. I do a ginger, garlic lightly browned in olive oil, add pork and brown on both sides, add water and Worcestershire sauce. It will reduce to gravy like quality. I add rosemary to the mix.

I think they are probably very picky eaters about lots of other things. It would be a red flag but not necessarily a deal breaker. Do you want to eat at nothing but Cracker Barrel for the rest of your life? And even then, your meal choice needs to be approved by them. Because they want to sample it. Oh and also YOU can't cook with garlic and onions in the house because they don't like the smell. An adventurous palate is a priority for someone I want to spend time around.

Well...I'm not sure that "perfect" people are even likable. Or the people that are too rigid with a love of rules. i.e. In home ec class. (Yes I'm that old) this teacher extolling Miss Manners writings said that a proper way to eat a banana was to place it on a plate, pull back one of the sides and to then slice it with a knife and eat it with a fork. I have access to the washer/dryer and kitchen privileges. But I set up a mini kitchen with mini-fridge/micro wave/ hot plate/crock pot and can cook nearly anything. Biggest bonus is that all utilities are paid with the one rent payment - including cable.

My employer has a designated smoke zone well away from any entrance and even though there is place to dispose the butts the smokers still throw the butts all over the ground.
