You can potentially break your eardrum being slapped on the ear but usually it heals OK. If you can't avoid hitting yourself at least don't hit your ears. I'm sorry your life is so painful that this happened to you. It is NOT your fault. This started when you were a child & other people were making the choices, not you. Good luck with everything.

I've only had one who had time slots for each client so you had to go the same time & day each week. & if you can't go every week I think it will still help.
