@Jonado Harris County had severe flooding during hurricanes Ike and . While my own home did not flood , both sides of two roads next to Cypress Creek did have flooding so severe , the owners had to rip out wall board and replace all down stairs appliances . They also took out the county library and a police station , among other buildings . Sorry I've forgotten the name of the last major hurricane .

I'd love to have a Halloween Meet Up at my place , in North Houston , Texas , on Saturday 3 November...

People don't usually spend money , when there is absolutely no return on their investment either in immediate possession of something they want , or an investment in something they will want in the future .
