I see "Now" as my time to have the Life I really want, doing the things I enjoy, learning all I can, having adventures, meeting new people,& broadening my horizons. My mantra is:
"I am Grateful for all that I have,
Kind to myself and others,
Present, here and now"

As far as "believing in ghosts", not until I experienced them out of the blue - 2 very different personalities - on multiple occasions when I lived in Savannah. Fortunately, the 1st one was friendly & playful. Unfortunately, the second was extremely hostile.
