I've been through 2 pregnancies and every situation is unique and every day is different.. more dramatically for you than for your partner. In my experience people who are "pretty fucking vanilla" don't spend a lot of time discussing sexual proclivities to begin with so.. maybe now is the time to watch a little porn together ( if you don't already .. haha.. I could be wrong but it's my impression "vanilla don't do porn" together) and have some discussion around alternatives to a raucous round of thrusting intercourse.
