I have no solutions but your insomnia might be related to anxiety. I still have sleep problems but not waking up as much since I quit work fulltime. As for sleep apnea, I took the test for that years ago and it was inconclusive. I think this was because I could not sleep all hooked up like that. Going back to anxiety again, I used to wake up every 2 hours and look at the clock. I have to know what is going on. These days I might wake up twice a night.
