I see this but there is something in Ukraine that Putin wants. He also does not want them to ever be a part of NATO which was formed after WW2. I do not and cannot see why America should have troops on the ground over there. We have been through this crap in other countries before and it never turns out well. In effect Putin is holding us and the rest of the free world hostage and we will be paying higher prices for gas and oil in the end. Sending in troops will not change any of this for the better. This is exactly so because in a civil case truth has to come forward and there is no fifth to take. What this does is open doors for a judicial trial later if needed. Many think that the civil trial has to be second but this is not so. When my grandson was murdered my family was told to pursue this as a civil case first simply because people refused to prosecute. My children did not see the logic of this so nothing got done at all. The killer admitted the murder but had claimed self defense. He was also an informer for the prosecutor.

Too many movements listed here. Keep in mind that "democracy" is an ideal that came about in our system through FDR. Democracy as we know it has little to do with other nations regardless of a desire to base everything now going on in the world as somehow connected to Dems and the GOP. This idea is false. I love my 2 daughters but we are not tied at the waist. I also have step children that I like. On the other hand I have a couple of girlfriends I ran from that said outright that they "would love to give me children." If you want to be with me simply because I am chosen to be getting you pregnant you are out of your mind. I also remember a movie line where one man says to another that he could be getting this nice looking girl pregnant right now. It was said as if this was the thing to do. I don't view having sex in that fashion and sex is more than reproduction.
