Bio

I was born in France in 65, moved to NY as a child in 75 and to SD in 80 for HS. Went to Patrick Henry HS and did extremely well. So I ended up going to UC Berkeley and the UC Hastings in San Francisco for law school. I was an attorney and married with children for 13 years but then I had three DUIs, one marijuana, and lost my license to practice and my family. Life has never been the same but I have a positive attitude and want to start a new chapter.

I want someone in my life to share everything with and to spoon with and wake up next to. It's not all about intimacy. I want good conversation. I'm not stupid and don't like stupid people or narrow minded people in general. I try to read the NY times when I can. I like Charlie Rose as far as a news program or KPBS Public Broadcasting. I like to read the New Yorker magazine and love Harper's Monthly for the good writing. My favorite movie is Taxi Driver, a Scorcese directed with Robert DeNiro. But I love many other movies and most genres. I'm big on movies in general. I do like some funny shows though the writing has to be good which is rare. One good one that still has my attention is Curb Your Enthusiasm with Larry David, one of my favorites. I miss Georges Carlin though. I like to kiss and cuddle. I like to eat and love to discover new restaurants. I love museums. I'm a big fan of the San Diego zoo and used to work there while in HS.

I think that power and authority breeds corruption across the board so I'm not a big fan of law enforcement. I practiced criminal law for several years and found out the hard way that many in law enforcement lie as a means to an end but no one wants to talk about it. I am fond of Europe because I'm from there and I feel that the French are better educated and more worldly and eccentric. But I think Americans tend to be nicer in general which is a plus.

I love sports mostly soccer and football. The Chargers are very disappointing of course! SD just got a soccer team called 1904 lord only knows why they are called that. My Mom passed away of lung cancer young at 66 and my Dad is still going strong at 74. I have three children: Katherine 21, Sarah 19 and William 15 who lives with his Mom in Bishop CA. My daughters both go to Cal State San Marcos. Hope to hear from you. I'm for real. Looking for long term and serious only. I'm easy to get along with so long as you don't bullshit me. I don't judge others lest they judge me. Life is not easy and consideration for others is a sign of maturity and intelligence. I'm 5'9" 220lbs.
