My Myers-Briggs personality type is INFJ. INFJs are gentle, caring, complex and highly intuitive individuals. Artistic and creative, they live in a world of hidden meanings and possibilities. It is the rarest personality type (1% of the population).

I do my best to preserve, protect and live in harmony with the natural environment. It feeds my spirit to spend time in nature and tend to the plants in my garden. I believe in the power of the human mind and spirit, and that all living things are connected. I practice gratitude, mindfulness and generosity, embrace both my masculine and feminine sides, seek to reach a higher level of consciousness and to live an ethical and moral life. I find joy in simple things, and in helping others.

My lifestyle supports my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. I don’t look, feel or act my age. I enjoy dancing (ballroom, country and Latin), running, cycling, hiking, camping, playing sports, scuba diving, gardening, traveling and DIY projects (I’m both handsome and handy). I also take time to relax and practice meditation.
