@Kynlei the journaling that HippieChicks suggests could help you get deeper into your whole self and where/how your pain cane about. in ‘The Artist Way,’ which I bet you would enjoy and learn from...the author suggested that we write at least 3 pages each day, because it takes that long to come from a deeper part of us. The author’s name escapes me at the moment. But, it is a famous book and you should find one at your local thrift store (if they have books as mine does), if no, you could get a recycled one on eBay. Never give up working through your emotions to a be in a better place...there is one waiting for you, but you will have to search it out! Best of luck!
