I have worn shorts to work all winter. I work in retail & it is warm in the store. I even wore shorts yesterday during our 'snow storm' (dusting). Even growing up on the coast it was cold enough to wear pants, now I am on the mountains and I am wearing shorts. The temps have stayed in the 50s for the most part - a sporadic 40 here or there. Nights have been in the high 30s or 40s.... But global warming is a hoax.......

I was born in NC. Have lived in quite a few states but here are my bible belt states - currently in western NC, lived in southern OK & in Texas. Other than this site (which is quite a bit more of a community), I am not on any dating sites - so take anything I say with a grain of salt. The bible belt can be quite difficult. I have a hard time with anyone who supports tRump - maybe even more than I have a problem with religious folks (but they do seem to go hand in hand). My last relationship was with a christian tRump supporter from TX - it lasted 5 years (no one can say I didn't try to make it work...). It is very difficult to have conversations when someone is so willing to believe lies & hate and then they go around preaching about how we need to be nicer... I don't believe we should live in an echo chamber but you have to wonder about the combination of tRump & religion. Good luck with your move & any upcoming romances.

Other than being on here (and we all know this is more of a 'community' site) I am not on any online dating sites. I live too far from a larger town/city & I am pretty confident I would not find a progressive atheist anywhere near me. With that said, I saw on the news the other night where scammers (not the ones you can see) are hacking dating sites for your info (or they are out-right buying it from the sites). Think of how much info you put on a dating site.... something to think about.
