My kids told me to have at it, and as long as the guy treated me well, they'd be happy. They have all lived with their dad as adults, and they realized a) he was no picnic, and b) they're happier/less worried with us divorced.

My middle daughter was born in Germany 30 years ago. She does not have dual citizenship, she has a certificate of live birth abroad. Signing her up for anything that required a birth certificate always required a long conversation as to if it was "real". My cats like to visit me in my sewing room and take over my work surface, which is a hollow core door covered with batting and muslin placed on short shelves to bring it to counter level. I frequently have to explain it is mine, I am busy, and the iron will not be kind to them if they mess with it. Gotta love the girlies, they keep us on our toes.

I have been taking CBD oil for about a week or two. I have arthritis in my left thumb, and since I stopped working I've been doing much more stuff with my L hand, I'm sewing most days. I had noticed L thumb was very sore and swollen. After CBD oil I have much less pain and swelling.

I attended my daughter's wedding in a church, and my grandson's baptism. I even read scriptures at the wedding. I was not struck by lightning nor did I burst into flame. I was so disappointed. All my kids know I am atheist, and my kids are pretty much atheist. The one that got married in church was making daddy happy. My SIL, father of the grandson is catholic, and he asked me several times if I was comfortable going to the baptism. I said oh heck ya, it's a good show. I also told him for anything Austin does anywhere, I will be there. That is what Grammys do.

I found this site December 3, 2017. I am going to hit level 9 next week sometime. I don't know if I will live long enough to see level 10, but I don't care. I'm here because I like it, no I love it. I've made friendships even if they are mostly on screen. I've been challenged to think through my positions on several subjects. I've seen the solidarity of other women and men. Basically I having a great time and don't plan to ever leave. And yeah, it seems to take forever. But. I'm not really in any hurry. I don't have any place else I'd rather be.

I was parked on a slope, driver's side was downhill. As I opened my door I bumped the car next to me. Oh, it had a passenger. Passenger opens the door and said something to the effect that he did not appreciate me dinging his car and I should be more careful. Then he told me that however, forgave me. At that I just laughed! A few years ago I lived in an apartment complex. It was time to put new license plates on my car. (My state issues new plates every 5 years.) I was struggling with one of the bolts, one of the neighbors saw my struggles and came out with a BIG ratchet set and popped that bolt right out, replaced both my plates and wished me a good night.

I am not halloween fan, and I don't buy candy for the kids because I will just eat it. So I invert my recycling bin on my sidewalk and tape a sign to it that says "Sorry, no candy". I live in Omaha, NE. I don't love it here, very hot summers/cold winters, conservatives in control, rich boy Repub governor, farm state, limited stuff to do. However, Sam and Austin are here, within 20 minutes of my house. Sam and Austin being my grandchildren. All my adult kids are within 30 minutes, and my sister/BFF is about 90 minutes away. I don't love it here, but what I love is here.
