My mother's birthday was March 15th. She passed when I was 14. When I was 30 I gave birth to my second daughter on March 15th. I thought that was a great way to honor my mother. One of her granddaughter's have her middle name, Mae. (Mom's name was Minnie, so not a good name for a human girl now.) And one of the great grands also has Mae as a middle name. I have never gotten into canning, I moved too often. However, I almost always have had a deep freeze, so I do freeze it. I no longer eat much with tomato sauce, I do eat fresh tomatoes as long as they are producing. The sauce doesn't always agree with me... this getting older stuff... but what are you gonna do?

I got my HA at Costco as well, they were about $1500 in the end. I am pleased with them, mine are about 4 years old now, still working. I would not be able to remain employed without them. And because I have them, my seating assignment was carefully chosen for me as we're back in the office part time now. I am close to the windows to make sure I always have cell service. That also puts me right outside the manager's office and she can hear me quite well, so I have a bit more scrutiny. That's ok, she is a good manager and actually has pointed out a few things we all could do better.

I have a friend with cats who did a cat run on her deck in a similar fashion as the trailer. I think it is brilliant. Cats can go "outside", but they cannot really get outside. And nah, I'm not going to do anything like that, my cats just have to observe through the deck doors.
