@hankster I am told that is a good way to do it. Drink the coffee right before the nap, and in theory you'll benefit from the sleep before the caffeine kicks in and wake up energized in a half an hour or so. Win win. I'd prefer a really long nap.

@patchoullijulie I was applying for a job about 9 years ago, and they wanted all my previous addresses, and I said "give me more paper." I made a list of them, I even remembered telephone numbers. I don't remember the telephone numbers any more, but I know the addresses, including 3 overseas. I have checked on most of them on Google Maps. Some of them aren't there any more.

@Paul4747 It is partly socialization, partly generational. I assume men are interested in sex, that's what I was told since I was a child. Were you ever told "Why should he buy the cow when he can get the milk for free"? To say that men are interested in sex is like saying you breathe air, it is the default value. If a woman says she in interested in sex there is a voice at the back of my head labeling her as "not a nice girl." I don't think I passed that on to my girls, but it was very ingrained in me. I remember my dad telling me if I got pregnant without being married he'd kick me out of the house. Girls got and still get horribly mixed messages about sex and sexuality. If we admit we like sex we're whores. If we refrain from mentioning then we're prudes or frigid. On one of the dating sites I was messaged by a guy who wanted a date, but he just wanted to sleep with me to get over a break up he had just gone through. What I wanted didn't matter. I remember the last male to join me in my bedroom, and I'm thinking it was more than 2 years ago. I don't think I'm unlovable, but I'm batting zero. in 1994 to 1999 we lived next to an wooded area in western Washington state. The HOA had not knocked it down yet to put up houses. The kids would go back there and explore and come home with tons of dirt and stories. They just had a blast. There was a swampy area, they built a fort, they'd catch frogs. Then we moved. That was their favorite part of their childhood.

Your little buddy seems to be about a month older than my little buddy. My belief is that if you are a good parent/grand parent then you have other things going for you. Awesomeness doesn't happen in a vacuum.

I have a friend who just finished up her degree and has started as a therapist recently.

I check out my notifications first, and post stuff I've found on other sites. Then I look at new member activity. And IF it isn't time to go to work or bed and I have nothing more pressing to do, then I will look at older posts. Yeah, I need to get a life.
