I would want to have a better "eye". I don't have an ability to put stuff together and make it look good, and sometimes I am not satisfied with my quilts because the colors/patterns could have been arranged to be more pleasing to the eye. I am good at the grunt work, not so much the artistry.

I think if you have a bond with your pet, any pet can be a therapy animal. Since they cannot speak they are usually adept in reading body language and they tune into you because you're the alpha and the food provider. We had a golden when my kids were growing up. When I yelled at the kids or when they got rowdy he'd go in his crate. If a kid cried or was upset he'd lean against them (75+ pounds) until they started to pet him. They all told all their troubles to that dog.

I am amicable with my ex, the kids like to do "family" stuff and we get along while we're together. One of the kids asked me to make masks for him, which I did. I tolerate his presence, but I really don't like him. He is uber conservative and xian, and I am so totally not. I think over the 25 years we were married we grew into different people. I think I loved him in the beginning, I can't speak for his feelings, but we grew in fundamentally different directions. Did he love me? In the end I was in second or third place to his religion and his religious website and I certainly didn't feel like he did.
