Scales can be very deceptive and confusing. In the past I would diet and not lose any weight for one week. The next week I would lose 2 or 3 pounds. That trend of weight loss continued for a long period of time. Apparently my body needed time to adjust.

The only thing I've learned about dating is when you go out and you're looking for a long list of very specific characteristics, you're absolutely f****** doomed.
