I'm a tall, shy, kind-hearted guy. I have been described as compassionate, meticulous, and silly.
I like eating, learning, hiking and experiencing nature, animals (especially dogs), movies, video games/board games, art, science, ancient history, psychology, meditation, and finding calmness in the eye of the storm. I am looking to do more traveling and expand my mind and perspective.
I was raised in a conservative, Lutheran household and went to church every Sunday, well into my college years. I began my questioning phase only while doing extensive research into esoteric schools of thought, mythology, unexplained mysteries, and other religions while writing a heavily-Christian story in my free time. I eventually started to realize that everybody believed something slightly different and that there was no ultimate truth to be found in religion, and after years of considering myself agnostic, I finally admitted that I did not believe in God at all. I am now in pursuit of more tangible truths in science and a more grounded connectivity to the world through nature.
