Works great and for split pea soup I cut up center cut bacon to add to the pot... if there is to0 much fat it floats on the surface and you can skim it off. My last LDL was at 109 and I don't take those pills at all. My HDL was a bit low though I have to bring it up a bit.

When I was working for Northrop the roofers always gave security problems and since I worked part time for security escorting contractors and had problems with the little bastards I joined in on the grudge match game against them.
