You actually think he has billions in cash?... How cute and gullible you are. Those "billions" were in what is called "net worth" which is calculated by adding cash, property and other forms of valuable possessions (like stocks bonds etc). and then subtracting debt to get net worth. Trump has always over valued properties for taking out loans for working capital and under valued them for taxation purposes. Now he is not allowed to operate any business at all and his properties will be controlled by a third party to liquidate (sell off everything he owns) after which the money will first go towards paying fines and legal sanctions, then legal costs and afterwards his creditors which as much as he owes against his over valued properties will leave him without enough to pay off his creditors. His homes and even Mira Largo is also going on the auction block which will leave him with less than nothing because nobody pays full price at an auction....
