The entire education system needs to be changed drastically. We need more tech schools to handle those who do not go to college. College needs to train people to step into a job and be ready to produce immediately. The idea of BA BS Masters PHD need to reflect the immediate need of the job market than it currently does. To go with this is the need to revise the courses taught and there value regarding the degree earned.I was required to take another language for my degree but I have never used it and it was just a waste of time.
