@Garf What helped me with the pain before I went to Mexico to get it taken care of, I would swish Listerine in my mouth, yes it burned but after the burn it would make the tooth hurt less and I would drink some alcohol too. When I wanted to sleep I would get high, that knocks me out! Hopefully some of what I did will help you.
