I intend to be alone when I pass so as to not involve folks in any sorrow for my passing. But if one is social, one needs to reach out by finding comradery. Covid makes it more trying b and avoid the news until you can endure its constant negativity. Seek nerdy others. Take action & do some exercises & change your diet. Welcome to the site which has slowed down from the intensity of 5-4 years ago. Find a reason. But don't attack the Capitol building. LOL.

Bebe12 has not been thru our filter yet. She is a level 5. Been there done that. But I have seen a huge shift in people's attitude towards animal abandonment. Living in a rural area, animals were often dumped & many of us took I those "residual" pets. Spay/neuter/ anti puppy mill legislation, the catch/neuter/ release programs, Craig'slist, peer pressure, education, bird protectors, Bob Barker, have reduced the euthanasia rate nationally. Currently moving animals from the south, that has been resistant to efforts addressing this problem, to areas with a demand for dogs & cats. I once had 16 cats in the garage, all I had neutered. I also had in house special cats. Old man Budzig let his "barn cats" reproduce unfettered. It was a Hell Fire Club for cats over there. I am currently sans cats as the previous sins mentioned are not occurring any longer. I have often found cats hanging around hotels that I stayed a in my travels. My new plan is to bring them home when I encounter them. And to visit shelters for dogs out of my state. "Yes we can!"

In a society whereby much is valued by speed, the USPS handles tangible items that require care & accuracy, of which most workers appreciate. The word may be as revolting as the other, & words can influence of course, but a word thrown at me as an insult is attempting to denigrate me & I choose to deny power to that word. I protested inappropriate words yelled across a work space as it create a hostile work environ. Tho it is different with others who do feel the power of words and are offended.
