Mexico is our 2nd largest trading partner, so I watch their stock market, their peso value, their economic strength & know how jobs in Mexico keep immigration to the US low. Well since it is 15 below zero here in the frozen tundra of Wisconsin, I will be feeding the feral cats that found their way into the shelter of the garage. 2 have been neutered...yay. Panterro (Spanish for panther} is still too shy but much less so than when he first showed up 2 months ago. He would run at the first sight or sound of me. He is now only about 6 feet away as I sing & talk & joke with him/her. Comes running to me when I call. Pachuco showed up yesterday after being gone for 6 months. We thought he was road kill. Another shy boy, he was so happy to see us & the banquet we provide that he was growling with joy. Made for a happy day.

We have 3 equal branches of government. The process to remove a representative of the people is ponderous.
