I made diapers out of plastic bags so they could be indoors occationally without the challenge of their toilet issues. Such good friends they followed me everywhere. Until the resident Cooper's Hawk took them. Powder & Gendoline. White & brown Polish. Bred by the Polish as pets. At least they went to a good cause. I now protect my flock better than previously. Live & learn. I also bred finches for awhile. Aqurium fish. Madagascar cockroaches. The kind they use in horror movies. Had 'em in a sealed aquarium until my cats had a party with them. I am surprised that valium is prescribed,. It is a barbiturate & is physically addictive. For anxiety I am prescribed Xanax. Paroxatine or Paxil works for me but it took a while to find what did work. Cymbalta did not, but now it has been found that anti seizure drugs such as lithium, seraquel, gaba pentine or neurontine have anti depressant qualities. There is a plethora of new break throughs in medication. Seek some alternatives perhaps. I hope you feel better. Also exercise does reset the brain along with time spent in nature & fresh air, sunshine, & tree hugging. Get on that bicycle and ride baby ride. Diet improvement is also an area of concern. Sugar & carbohydrate crashes. Seek vegetables & fruits & nuts avoiding processed food. Give it 6 weeks before you give up & retreat to the couch with covers.

I married at 53 after a life threatening illness in order to prevent my nazi family members from inheriting my estate. I otherwise never entertained the idea of marriage as I am childless by choice. Had I opted for spawning, marriage would have to be a prerequisite as children need the law for protection & a father is a necessity for imprinting.

"All thoughts & opinions are welcome". 'Ya think? The church has been a source of security for our African American citizens for decades, just as the bar scene was/is for our gay citizens. It seems to be so engrained in the culture that only time & progress can/will unfetter them from this bond. It has caused me much consternation with co-workers of extreme "faith" who have targeted me due to my apostate views. I forgive them as I get their compromised intellect & need for religon. But they, as the christ followers, do not forgive me as commanded & can not see their way to do so, I avoid them. It does weigh heavy sometimes as I participated in the civil rights movement & have seen them bond with bigots only because the bigots were believers.

I have seen SO MANY posts on social media from people asking for thoughts, prayers, etc.

Nascar is watching cars go to the left for hours. Poluting with noise as well as carbons. Yuck. Sport is an activity one participates in. Watching is not a sport tho it is entertaining other than animal cruelty such as bull fighting, dog & cockeral fighting. Competition seems to be a human endeavor especially for the male of the species.
