Raised in an Irish Catholic family. I served as an altar boy for several years. My father was a teacher and instilled a love of reading and learning. The more I read, the more I learned, the less I felt a need for religion. I spent most of my working life in the hospitality industry. From dishwasher, busboy, waiter, bartender to supervisor, manager and partner in a local bar, I have tried my hand at almost every aspect of the industry. Health issues forced me onto disability, and now I work part-time in pet care. I love movies, old and new, most sports and a good civil debate.
