I'm not a calorie counter so much as a content, fullness/hunger watcher. I won't overstuff myself. I like to let myself feel "hungry" every day. I read that hunger pangs...actually feeling hungry....is good for you. It releases enzymes that control your metabolism and speed up fat digestion. Today's diet plan....two eggs, no yolks, microwaved, with a little cheese and ketchup...one slice of toast, juice. Lunch; greek Yogurt with blueberries, banana, and a half cup of oatmeal-pecan-cranberry mix. Dinner....not sure yet; probably fish and veggies, stir fried. I might open that package of Tofu.

Gay is tough - odds are against him holding any office. I'm impressed that he's even achieved mayor-ship of South Bend Indiana. I doubt he'd win the nomination; but kudos for his jumping in. It would show more courage if he registered as a Republican.

There's a big dif between a curious person and a troll. Trolls have a corrupt purpose for commenting...to arouse a response. As fishermen would call it - "to get a rise" The term comes from a fishing term...you "troll" for "suckers" to get an easy "fight" on the "line". The curious want answers. They want to debate. They want to discuss. So to all the potential Trolls and Curious out there; decide. Are you in a frivolous, arrogant, know-it-all mood, and just want to get people upset....or are you asking to learn....to understand...to consider?

There's been many opportunities for the esteemed medical professionals of America to step forward and label Trump a "Psychopath" or Sociopath, or even Xenophobe....but none have done so. I'm beginning to think his behavior is a socially acceptable condition. ....but I have a clue....taken from an analysis of many of the #Religulous on the planet; - he suffers a complex, rather newly diagnosed delusion syndrome; it's called the "Dunning-Kruger" effect. -it's not so debilitating that it takes him out of society (I'm sorry to say) but it fits right in there with the religious folk you know, and that "know-it-all" in school who flunked out and blamed his teachers...you know them. If you search "World education level, graph, data" you find that knowledge is growing...and it isn't just a straight line rise....it's parabolic (curving upwards)....so the pace of education is picking up. ...and I firmly believe that it's happening just in time. -us Demographers know that the key to controlling population is education. A demographic transition starts when a portion of the world develops an ability to grow; whether it's a change in the overall health, an infusion of technology, a new way to get water, etc...a DT starts when any region starts an explosive, parabolic-curve growth in population. When does that growth level off? Yep...you guessed it...when education level within that area rises. Smarter people have fewer kids. -and with that rise in education comes the death of myths, and the growth of morality for the sake of survival...not because some myth "told them to behave". So I'm optimistic. I see us reaching ZPG soon....and s serious decline in Religion as well.

Looks good...I bet it smells and tastes good. I was lucky this past November, and found a huge pumpkin being "tossed" -uncarved, unopened. I cut it up, baked it. pureed the flesh...cooked it down for an hour (to thicken it) added cloves (to darken to a classic "canned pumpkin orange" color) and froze...
