Knives are good and getting better and cheaper all the time. Appliances are slowly improving. Microwaves are faster and cheaper than ever. TV''s are declining in price while improving in quality. The one area where there's a lot of "gas-lighting" is the I.C.E.car.(internal combustion engine). In the 50's and 60's they were far simpler...I changed the piston bearings on one. Now the tech people have made them too dependent on tech hookups for analysis. Enter the EV (Electric vehicle). Far simpler. 90% fewer moving parts...and Tesla just reduced the wiring inside them from miles to meters in length. I'm not saying they're easier to work on by us ordinary folk; they still need tech connections...the point is they'll need far less maintenance once the bugs are removed. To "want to know" or to claim to be "unknowing" or to "need proof" labels you as the religious equivalent of the famous biblical "doubting Thomas". Science is in a very critical race against religion. (see graph, below) The very existence of humanity is at stake. If science rules; our population will level off, the planet will stop warming, we will stop polluting, we will recycle more, we will live in peace. If religions and mythology wins out...then we will go in to unstoppable global warming. major disease kill-offs, more wars and crime... and extinction.

If an atheist or agnostic knocked on the door of a religious person's house and invited theirselves ...

I was "the marrying man"...married 4 times....a total of nearly 30 years....so I worked hard to make it happen. But...it just didn't. I'm sad that I'm "alone" and would sure like a female "companion" but....I've turned out to be too fussy. or too particular...or too quick to jump in to a relationship...so now I'm adapting to - being alone. But...I do love my "alone" time more than ever!

What do you folks think? Cook with this garlic or plant?

Both- You plant them to have more; and they're easy to grow. Be sure the soil is loose so the bulbs have room to expand and multiply.
