It's a good question; basically you're asking what social limits should there be on free speech. I concur with most social morés...free speech should not include profane speech, nor hate speech. ...and the old saying "you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar" is very applicable, here. I was a strong devotee to martial arts in the 80's. I got my (then) wife and my son (by her) to join as well. It was the Tang Soo Do form. I made it to "Red" belt; (white - green - orange - red ) but the further requirements made me and my son stop there. To go to "black belt" (actually midnight blue ) required a LOT more work. I did some research; Dartmoor is about as far south and west as you can go in England; so they have a lot of misty, moss-covered parks and woodlands - mainly thanks to being exposed to the warm waters of Gulf Stream! Three issues we have to face; As we age; 1. Our tastes in food become more varied. 2. Our drive to workout and sweat becomes lower 3. Our bodies get "more efficient" and we do more burning fewer calories. So be aware - I looked for a chart of declining caloric need with age and I found this - save it...be aware - and you won't let the "laughable" yet too true meme above become real.

If you're going to Maui...and you're feeling fit and vigorous....I strongly recommend the "Bike coast downhill" from Maui. They take you and a bike up to the top - where it's really cold....then put you in a helmet and gloves,ask you to be careful...and....let you coast 27 miles downhill.
