Struggled with C's there...but evenually raised it to a B- average...Got my Masters out of the way early...by '71 my education was done....although being a teacher you always had to go back for "certification renewal".

It's a sensitive time. You want to keep him interested...and thinking of you....but you don't want to bombard him with messages. I recommend you give him a favorite book. Something you've "identified" with. Then he can, at his leisure, and when he's ready....read the book. He might be inspired. He might be put off. It looks like the Pineapple needs to be quite "aged" or almost over-ripe. I looked this up.. this is pretty much how I do it. BTW...When you remove the "crown" you can put it in water and grow new pineapples.... First, trim all the "flesh" away from the leaves at the base; so you're just left with vegetation and a core tip. Then put toothpicks in it...to hold it upright...and submerge just the tip in water. Change the water every other day for several weeks until you see tiny rootlets sprouting. Once the rootlets sprout find a spot in a sunny Florida, South Texas, Hawaiian (of course) or Southern California garden. It's clearly a tongue-in-cheek commentary....and I do like American coffee...but hate any service centers (and most single-serve machines) that produce a too-watered-down cup. I like a strong, bold taste...hate any watery coffee. I drink it as close to black (rarely, if it's brewed just right..black) as I can handle, and - forgive me sugar purists - with sucralose (splenda). NOT nutrasweet (aspartame) NOT sweet-n-low (saccharin). Tests prove them toxic in large doses...not true with Splenda. The sugar buzz gives me...along with the caffeine - a bit too much of a high followed by a strong urge to nap....

I had a doc who did an endoscope down my throat; 2 doctors concurred that he didn't do it right, and it created a growth attached internally to my Esophagus...which on the xray appeared to be cancerous. I thought Florida did....? This article also pointed out that Marco Rubio proposed this; once for Florida, and another for the entire U.S.; but too many have opposed it. Research supports it; Additional daylight at night would also increase physical fitness, citing a Journal of Environmental Psychology study that showed a 62 percent increase in pedestrian activity and a 38 percent increase in cycling activity because daylight is extended. Car crashes involving pedestrians also are reduced, Rubio’s office said, citing the American Journal of Public Health and the Journal of Safety Research.
