Which Doctors consider a gateway to cigerettes.

I viewed a video of a learned author & physician. Who read an email from a female doctor he knows from Germany. Some of the experiences she & her colleagues have experienced with migrants. Makes your hair stand on end. She stated other than confidential email . Noone can talk about the abuse & basically midevel actions by said migrants.
