SpikeTalon comments on Dec 18, 2023:
Been using ProtonMail since 2015, when it was in its infancy. Have witnessed many changes since that time, mostly positive changes. I also use burner email addresses via an Android app as well, and use GMail only for business.

SpikeTalon comments on Dec 18, 2023:
Hhmm, I never did get a response to my original comment, and I wonder why that is? Update, in addition to doing in the past what I had mentioned below, I'm now doing similar on an adult site called Wetspace, and wonder what you'd think of that? For supposedly being progressive/liberals, some of you folks sure have a rather prudish take regarding certain topics. And here I thought it was only the social conservatives who gave resistance on that sort of thing...
So what is your Porn Star name? 1.) Mine is Ursula Undress. Long story. You've heard it.
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 18, 2023:
Over the years went by a few ones, but mostly either stuck with Spike or Spike DiGiovanni, which was the maiden name of my maternal grandmother. My current pseudonym on Wetspace is Jaxx Talon. Also went by the name Spike Steele. Not sure which one I prefer most.
Carhops at Log Lodge Tavern in Dallas 1940.
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 18, 2023:
I can tell that was back in the 1940s, when everyone was far more prudish. Nowadays, with breastaurants for men like Hooters, the ladies sure could use similar eateries. The guys in the meme above appear to be western-style themed servers. I once dressed as a cowboy during one of my side gigs... wearing far less though than the guys above. My how the times have changed, lol.
Artist smashes stereotypes by giving males sexy pinup- makeovers.
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 18, 2023:
I agree, and over the years I've done some "moves" that alot of other men out there would either lack the courage to try the same or would be too prudish. I got my start with the entertaining at hen parties side gigs based on two photos that were shared with the women prior, and afterwards they picked me to entertain at their parties as an erotic beverage server. I had my then 46 year old girlfriend (whom had suggested I do that as a side gig in the first place) take some photos of me for the ladies' consideration, and for the one photo she asked me to strike a pose with her stuffed toy Playboy bunny pillow, and that one along with the black tie and cuffs photo led to me landing those gigs, and even years later those two are now popular on my Wetspace page. That one is below, sorry photo quality was poor back then, had crappy camera. Said girlfriend had no qualms in sexualizing my body, and I had no qualms in her doing so, and I have her to thank for those side gig opportunities and being able to take some experience in all that to my followers on Wetspace now. In my opinion that's a normal thing, as all human beings are sexual beings, until organized religion and sometimes politics attempt to get in the way and stifle such. Just as sure as men enjoy eyeing naked women, plenty of women out there enjoy eyeing naked dudes. What's fair is fair afterall.
How about these hunks ladies?
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 18, 2023:
Many years ago at one hen party I had entertained at, the woman who hosted the party initially wanted me to wear one that looked like the elephant above, but she eventually settled on a leather breakaway piece. It was pretty much a birthday party for one of her friends, and she wanted me to come up with a unique way of handing the birthday girl her card, and what better a way to do so than keep the card in the front of my g-string so when I tore it away the card fell into her lap. Most of the others above save for the totally bare ones of course, are rather conservative compared to some of the outfits I used to choose, lol.
Well do they??

SpikeTalon comments on Dec 18, 2023:
Not necessary if you're on Android. You can easily download all the music you want from YouTube in a stealthy manner via the app TubeMate, and being that app has an option to disable the automatic playing of videos means that the video ads won't play and after a few seconds could just be skipped over. SoundCloud sucks.
The music is maturing...a little
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 18, 2023:
What, no spiked collar?? On a side note, back in the day I got the nickname "Spike" due to the punk hairstyle I used to sport. Over the years that nickname seems to have stuck. And now, with the new license in hand, they've taken off in their brand new Cadillac! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2WXlaWv2u0
Just watched an interesting doco suggesting these guys were the first punk band.
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 18, 2023:
Can't remember now where I had read this, but I heard that the first song out that could have been considered punk rock was Bang A Gong, Get It On by T Rex. Not sure I'd agree with that conclusion, but I sure do love that song though. Rock on, Mister Puff.
What was your love at first sight band?
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 18, 2023:
Have to agree with @BBJong below, Led Zeppelin is really good too. Love that song D'yer Mak'er from them, good song to make out to, some fond memories attached to that one.
If they sewed the conductor's music sheets together as a prank, then the score would be tied, too.
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 18, 2023:
The bassists are loaded one reminds me of a scene from the Marx Brothers movie A Night At The Opera, where they switched the sheet music so the orchestra would play the song Take Me Out To The Ball Game, and they started throwing a baseball around. Damn that movie cracked me up.
You have to open yourself up to new perspectives.
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 18, 2023:
Don't really need the aid of drugs in order to get a high... just listening to The Clash will do the trick for me just fine. Revolution Rock is a good one from them, I'd recommend it.
Republicans' favorite breakfast in secret

I'm not a Republican, but that looks like something I could go for. Replace Daniels with a raven-haired chick though, but keep the same measurements, lol. The vitamin D part at the top of the meme in particular was hilarious, as one of the first things you can't help notice was the hearty portion of D there. Probably artificial D though, so might not be that good for one's health afterall...

[x.com] Yes. Liberalism is a mental disorder.
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 15, 2023:
The agreed upon definition of liberalism is as follows- Liberalism is a political and economic doctrine that emphasizes individual autonomy, equality of opportunity, and the protection of individual rights (primarily to life, liberty, and property), originally against the state and later against both the state and private economic actors, including businesses. -https://www.britannica.com/topic/liberalism In other words... if you support the concept of individual liberties like say, freedom of expression/speech and gun rights or even personal privacy rights, chances are you might be a liberal and not realize it. I don't know how other countries define this word, but modern day American libertarians are technically liberal, and neither right or left-leaning. For its day, the rights granted in the Second Amendment of the US Constitution for example were considered to be quite liberal compared to the more restrictive laws in other countries governing the ownership of personal weaponry. Likewise, supporting free speech and expression is also extremely liberal and open-minded. The video linked to above is not directly related to liberalism per se, and context appears to be missing. These days, genuine liberalism often times gets confused with either of the two political extremes, far-left progressivism and far-right conservatism, and real liberalism is neither of those two extremes by definition, and contrary to some popular beliefs liberalism and progressivism are two different things. Real liberals tend to question excess Government intervention in our personal lives, while the progressives, who might be liberal when it comes to certain things like gay rights or reproductive rights, generally are in favor of Government to step in and regulate more. The far-right conservatives love regulating via Governmental powers too, and have no qualms in using a combination of State and Federal powers in order to fulfill their respective agendas. Ever notice how a good number of Democratic politicians nowadays self-identify as being progressive and not liberal? That's precisely because they aren't fully liberal, and at least they're honest about that much. Lastly, modern western civilization owes alot to liberalism, from improving the judicial system to innovating through free enterprise to supporting individual rights such as free speech/property/and self-defense etc, all of which thanks to a truly liberal and open-minded approach to the matters, and not from either far-left or far-right ideologies. We should not conflate said extremes with true liberalism. Genuine liberalism is only a threat to the authoritarian control freaks from both political extremes, and not to those who value individual liberties. Also worth noting that the word liberal is derived ...

What can men do to make women safer? [vm.tiktok.com]
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 12, 2023:
I dunno... maybe walk around totally in the buff with our hands tied behind our backs?? That way we could hardly be considered any viable threat I suppose... Seriously though, what would make you feel safer, and also don't you think both men and women have a duty to help maintain a civilized society?? Whilst I very well could be mistaken about this conclusion, but I get the feeling nothing I could possibly suggest would ever allay your fears/concerns, you will still choose to live in a state of fear. For any women who would be concerned over such, I would suggest that they arm themselves with either a small caliber handgun or a non-lethal kinetic pistol like a Byrna in which to help keep themselves safe, as you cannot rely on every man out there to do the right or civilized thing by you. Of course, often times when I go to make such a suggestion I get villified for that. That all aside, in the end your sense of safety depends on you, how you think and act, and not strictly upon others. If we all did our part to create a more civilized society, we wouldn't need to ask such questions to begin with, but being that's not the reality we live in leads me back to the original point I made earlier.
So who else is perplexed by the change in attitude that many on the left have had lately pertaining ...
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 12, 2023:
The question I must ask here is, are you genuinely shocked by such double standards? I'm surely not. Most social justice advocacy movements nowadays are hypocritical to the core, regardless if such movements lean more to the left or right. They are motivated by political correctness, and not logic or reasoning, and for the life of me I don't understand how jumping to conclusions and automatically assuming all men accused of such are guilty could be considered anything even remotely liberal. The real liberals think logically and aren't dictated to by emotions, and go by the evidence first before concluding someone is guilty of a crime. Leave the unbridled emotions and accusations to the social conservatives I say, because that's about the best those folks could do.
Does anyone have a preferred weapon of choice when out walking or hiking alone?
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 12, 2023:

I’ve never liked John Kerry as he’s an arrogant asshole windbag typical for most of the idiots ...
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 12, 2023:
As some other media sources had covered that story, it appears to be true, and that the farting sound did come from him. No surprises there, politicians like him are full of gas, and they're also naive to believe that other major world polluters like India and China are actually listening to their concerns. Also, guys like Kerry are polluting the environment far more than a guy like me could ever hope to do.
Dr.
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 12, 2023:
Hopefully that becomes a new trend, and that trend spreads all over the world. More and more people all around the world are getting sick and tired of either extreme left or extreme right politics and their false promises, and Argentina is an example of that discontentment.
Going by today's posts, Agnostic has become the domain of spammers.
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 11, 2023:
Being that a number of the longtime members have given up on this site since the first time the security certificate was allowed to expire, and consequently the overall participation on the general feeds has decreased, I don't bother much anymore with the public feeds and thus don't often cross paths with the spam accounts. The groups are where it's at now. No need to turn the forum over to the spammers, as they wouldn't get away with posting junk posts in most of the groups, so they need not be a worry. As for the last question in your post above, as long as the groups are still mostly functional I'd say it's still worth continuing on with this site. That said, guess such a decision would be up to each individual member.
Does size matter more to men or women?
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 10, 2023:
Strictly based upon my own direct experiences with women and how I would size myself up, I'd conclude men dwell on that far more than women do. I say that, as actual performance (and satisfying your special lady, guys) would be more important than how well equipped a guy is. Would the man in question be able to pleasure his wife/girlfriend, as being more well endowed would not compensate for lack of experience and performing poorly in the sack. For years now I haven't dwelled on that much, and are just content with the way I am. Wanted to throw in there that in my early twenties I had entertained at some local hen parties, and now pushing forty years old I entertain in similar fashion on the adult site Wetspace in my spare time, and not once did any woman I had entertained ever give the impression they cared about size. So I agree with your conclusion.
Can a caucasian say I’m proud to be a straight man or is that sexist and homophobic?
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 10, 2023:
It's often been said that pride comes before the fall. That aside, I think everyone should be free to be proud of whatever they see fit to take pride in, and pride such as that only becomes a problem when one starts to manipulate and coerce others into supporting only your views. So no, nothing sexist or homophobic per se about being proud of one's sexual orientation, although personally speaking I could think of a number of other qualities about myself that I'd take potential pride in before being proud of my straight sexual orientation. Some of the things my fellow human beings take pride in does make me wonder...

SpikeTalon comments on Dec 9, 2023:
Well... that would depend on what sources one is reading from. I have a feeling that reading from sources like Breitbart or Salon would probably still make one stupid regardless of them reading, lol. That said, I get the point you made above, and generally speaking reading is a good thing that more people out there should try sometime, and a good start would be to read the whole Bible so one could see firsthand just what a bunch of bunk that book really is.
funny how that works
SpikeTalon comments on Dec 9, 2023:
When one has a personal agenda of the sorts in which they feel compelled to defend and uphold under any and all circumstances even if proven to be wrong in the end, they will then vehemently resist anything that could prove their viewpoints wrong, hence they could view learning as a negative force. Indeed, funny how that works, or maybe not so funny that much afterall. Please note my restraint on the fact that far too many fellow human beings out there have a problem with reading itself, let alone the ability or will to learn new things. Too many hate reading anything that might take longer than two or so minutes of their time.
