Hello similar & or like minded strangers. I mainly created this account out of curiosity. I’ll be honest if it’s not evident already to you that I’m a bit immature and I’m obviously still growing as a person based on my profile picture than I don’t know what else to say. I’d also prefer anonymity in the meantime, if that bothers you I’m sorry. I’m a college student currently.
Hobbies:
Games, Exercise, & Knowledge. I’m a typical millennial I suppose when it comes to video games because I’m a huge fan of them. I also enjoy the classic board games or card games from time to time with friends & family. I’ve been in a pursuit for knowledge pertaining to my interests.
I feel like it’s better to be ambiguous & believe that anything that’s rationally possible can happen within my lifetime if I pursue the goals I have in mind.
Politics:
I’m independent, I’m assuming most of y’all don’t really care. Prove me wrong otherwise.
Religion:
I personally don’t believe religion to a corrupt or evil directly, but to my understanding the dogma (& or dogmatism) is something that tends to be a bit counter productive in today’s society within the US. Although I have formed these opinions partially on my own & partially with the help of critical thinkers I don’t believe I have the direct right to say what is fact (& of course science can’t prove otherwise anyways) . I’m open to the possibility that I don’t full understand most things religion but I’m also not so misguided not be skeptical. I fully intend on eventually reading the religious text a variety of interesting religions. I‘ve personally concluded that although dogma is dangerous the stories that tend to teach critical lessons individually aren’t necessarily bad. Obviously once I’ve concluded the main research then I can probably be at bit more decisive.
I was raised Christian technically but a series of unfortunate events occurred leading me astray you could say.
