A few times. The best one was after my step father's funeral. He was in his sixties. I talked his brothers, their wives, people from their 20's to 60's all skinny dipping in an apartment pool. Best funeral I ever attended.

It's fine. They don't last very long most of the time,but that's OK. They were both good friends so when circumstances changed that part of it ended but we were still friends. People aren't always in a space where they need or want a serious relationship.

I have traveled all over this country and I found it is pretty much everywhere. I heard it in Wyoming and I'm not sure there are any Black people there. In South Dakota they treat the Native Americans the way they treat Black people in other parts of the country. A lot of White people just seem to need to hate people of a different race. It is amazing how many of them are self-proclaimed Christians. It is so incredible STUPID!

I find it takes some time to develope a real friendship, a friendship that you can open up to about anything without judgment, and with support. Those are rare. If you have one or two people in your life that fit that bill you are lucky. Your other friendships are probably going to be more social. Those friendships come and go, and while they can be entertaining and enjoyable, don't place too much importance on them. Like any relationship outside of family they require a certain amount of chemistry. Just do the things you enjoy and you will meet those people, or maybe not.????

A band I played in spent the night in jail in Texas in the 70's. There was no toilet paper so the regulars in the drunk tank used pages out of the Bible. I thought that it was appropriate. That is what I think of the Bible. It was a bogus arrest and they dropped the charges. So it was all good.

I look around everyday and realize there have not been enough abortions. I am sure there are people who look at me and think the same thing. I don't believe men should have anything to say about. A woman should be in charge of decisions concerning her body, her health just like men are. Women do all the heavy lifting in these matters, it should be their decision.

We are all attracted to who we are attracted to. People are attracted to other people for different reasons. For me it is a combination of things. Looks, humor, intelligence all come into play for me. I have to love the face. We spend more time looking at the more than any other body part and it doesn't always have to be perfect The sexiest faces are most often not the perfect ones.
