Most firearm owners are a lot more responsible. I was only tempted to draw a firearm twice in my almost 36 years of life (I've been trained since I was 3 - no joke). First time someone assaulted me resulting in two broken eye sockets, and a fractured skull. The rifle was too close to him where he could have grabbed the barrel, and took it. Plus there was another guy that could have gotten hit, and the bullet could have traveled into the neighbours house. Second time someone broke into my house. He was a fraction of a second of being shot. He is a friend of mine that thought something was wrong because I didn't answer his calls. He didn't know I was on a night schedule. He came into my bedroom, saw I went to grab a pistol, then hands in the air saying who he was.

IQ tests don't even do a good job of telling how smart you are. It's like asking a master electrician a question about plumbing. Yes, I know some know both. Here is a real life example. I don't know what her IQ is, but here we go... My former room mate's girlfriend was asked to make a frozen pizza while we were moving stuff around. A few minutes later she asked how to make it. He said to read the back of the box! Then a few minutes later she asked how to turn on the oven! Maybe half an hour later we smelled something burning. It's sad and tragic. However the guy that has the kiosk is making it kinda sound like it is the lack of security officers. Okay, most security jobs are a joke (unless you are at a casino - you can't pick your nose without them knowing). Most security guards don't have anything for self defense. I did security for a while, and I could do is stand in front of them to prevent them from leaving (we were never allowed to touch a person - ever). I do see how this will effect business. I was living in Omaha when the Van Maur shooting happened. A guy I worked with's wife died in that. Years after I went there to get an xmas gift for my sis. Gave me the creeps walking in there! That was a big deal. I had a part time job taking inbound orders for a fortune 500 company along with my regular job. So many people asked about it that they gave us an officcial statement to say if anyone asked about it. We had to say it word for word.

He accused me of telling on her because she was under HUD, and living at his place. Her appartment was 30-45 mins away. I had no idea what they were talking about. Turns out someone she worked with reported her. They found out later who it was. I never did get an apology.
