The teacher then asked me to come to the front of the room. I was not only standing up for me, I was standing up for the other guy. When I got to the front she smacked me so hard in the face that I started bawling. She then drew a circle on the chalk board and made me put my nose against it. I switched schools, and that did go to court. She was never fired. I often wonder what it would be like to smack her in the face. For no fucking reason. Bet I'd be in jail within minutes. One thing people need to realize about negative reinforcement is that some day they are going to be a lot stronger than you...

I think there is some sort of glitch in the chat rooms. The last few times I didn't get any replies. At all. Showed a couple members active on all. I haven't been on a chat room in probably a few months because of it. When it works, you will get lots of replies before you can reply. Maybe try a different browser?

Here is a job where they want you to be dumb. A service advisor or used car salesman is an example. These people have a job to sell things. When the economy was bad, I was looking for a job. Couldn't get a job as a used car salesman. Why? I know too much as a Ford and ASE certified mechanic with an AAS. If you try to sell a car the customer would ask something like "are these good cars"... well they are known to have (whatever) fail. Same with a service advisor. I had one that went straight from wash boy to service advisor. One of the other mechanics yelled at my boss because he had to explain to him how an EGR valve worked.
