It's been a good morning so far, my friends! Coffee with my new sweetheart this morning before work.
TristanNuvo comments on Sep 4, 2018:
I woke up late, and had to rush to get to my psychiatrist, and get my meds filled. So I didn't get to have my coffee till after i got home. I hate when that happens.

I only have a few of my own that are Classical. With another friend, i've turned more into a huge fan of Spanish Guitar. I have many of those. I do still love to play the Classical music, but I seem to have more fun with the Spanish music, it's pretty festive.

I went through many TV remotes, I don't know why but somehow that was her favorite thing to chew. I have to admit though, sometimes it was just funny, because I felt stupid leaving something out where she could get at.

Even though I wake up early, I am by no stretch a 'morning' person. It takes me a while, and some coffee to not feel like a zombie.
Woke up pretty early today, saw this and thought it fit rather nicely. Happy hump day. :)

I woke up before the coffee maker and had to wait for it to start..lol Happy Hump Day to all!!!

I do the same. I was just watching some vids on Youtube, and one of her vids was on my suggested list. After seeing it, I turned into an instant fan. Another one I like a lot is Edward current, He has the same kind of satire. https://youtu.be/P47OC439x88

Very enjoyable, love the way you say you and your friends just play and create music as you go! I am so envious....I sing, and I think rather well, but I don’t play an instrument or actually create music like you. Bravo!
TristanNuvo replies on Aug 29, 2018:
I'm the exact opposite. I can play write, and record music, but I can't sing for the life of me.

It was a pet project of Scott Ian, and Charlie Benante, both from Anthrax. They had some time left in the studio, and grabed two other guys that they knew and pretty much wrote and recorded it in about 2 days.

I have always loved that first line... which I first read in a comic novel, "Anyone Got A Match" by Max Shulman. Ever since reading "There is only one race, the human race", I have been repeating it ever since. https://www.amazon.com/Anyone-Got-Match-Max-Shulman/dp/B0007DE7DQ
TristanNuvo replies on Aug 27, 2018:
There was in interview with Morgan Freeman, and the subject about race came up. I don't remember the whole conversation, but what I do remember was Morgan saying, "I'll stop calling you a white man, and you stop calling me a black man, how about you just call me Morgan'. I thought that was brilliant.
Say something ?

@Sheannutt Yeah, the combination of taking the right mix of meds, and having a good therapist, has had some better results. I'm actually having more better days than bad days, which has been a hugh improvement.

We have Jazz, and Blues festivals here in the Tampa-Clearwater area, especially in a town called Ybor city. They close off a block or so, and you can go get some beer or some wine, and take it out side.. And a lot of resturaunts bring food for the ocasion. Some times they will have parades with...
TristanNuvo replies on Aug 27, 2018:
They don't have the festivals the same dates every year. But I will gladly share when one is coming up.

IamNobody comments on Aug 27, 2018:
Very clever description of a standard normal distribution curve. George did pay attention at his statistics class ??
TristanNuvo replies on Aug 27, 2018:
On of my favorite things 'among many' is that George had a great way of not only being funny, but made you think.
I saw this on another site, and it just thought it made so much sense.

I've tried that before and got told that they felt I wasn't being honest, because the flattery every day didn't feel deserved, and that I was building up unhealthy expectations (without actually asking them to do anything different from what they were doing). Some people really don't like ...
TristanNuvo replies on Aug 27, 2018:
I do understand what you are saying. But people are different, and what makes them happy might not be the same as your's. I've noticed that some times just letting some one have their space for a while can make some one happy, I'm like that, some mornings, I just want to have my coffee and I need an hour or so to wake up, and being bothered while I'm doing that is frustrating. Then there are times, when I love the attention, and a hug, or a smile, or a kiss, is a great way to start the day. It can be hard to know how the other person is feeling at the moment. I suppose it just takes practice to get to know each other well enough to know how to act. That's been my experience any way.

TristanNuvo comments on Aug 26, 2018:
I love it here. For the most part every one I've met are friendly, and made me feel welcome. There seems to be a great sense of community here, and I like that. I honestly can't think of anything I do not like about this place.

I am a huge fan of theirs. I got to see them live quite a few times. To me I think they sounded better than they did on record. It's a shame that Pete died, I would have loved to have heard more from them.
TristanNuvo replies on Aug 26, 2018:
@MichelleGar1 Zombie is another one that I saw a few times too. The first time it was in a smaller venue, they were new and not to many people heard of them. But when Astro Creep cam out, they were headlining. Both were great shows.

I try as much as I can to do just that, looking at what I already have. It is hard some times, But it's a great feeling to share that some one that reciprocates.
