Yea, I don't know. When you consider the vast coalition of countries having already wiped out half the Middle East, have a hand in right turned South America, and half of Latin America, in the process of swallowing Africa and are at the present moment turning their own countries hard to the right, you don't think we have a desired need to worry? I'm fairly certain Hitler would be proud to see his vision of world dominance coming to an almost full fruition about now. When I look at the whole picture they are basically controlling the entire planet to a good degree. Markets, economies, peace, resources, and before long? the internet. In which would take away our only means to communicate with each other of our dissent. Since Trump has become president the US and Europe have taken a giant step to the right. With both attempting to take away rights and move towards austerity measures. I would argue we here in the US have been under those measures since 9/11. Our state and local governments have gone to shit. Losing federal funding in about every aspect you can think of. Our healthcare goes down hill more each year with about a 20% increase each year since the ACA kicked in. There are sporadic wars spread out through Africa that aren't making the news, endless war in the Middle East, and constant threats of war around the globe. The westernized coalition have their noses up everyone's asses. There aren't all these protest going on around the globe for no reason. We have a real problem that is growing like a wild fire out of control and it seems we have no water in the area to fight it with. And I refer to my common argument now. Which is that most people are stuck in an illusion fighting it from within a broken system. One side thinks they are winning by supporting the system moving us to the right, and they other side thinks supporting their side to fight it is actually on their side, when its not. Any anything progressive is being shut out by propaganda lies and the old school fearful cries of communism. That being supported by the main stream media, or not. Or not? Because they will not cover the truth about progressive politics either. They are in compliance to the agenda of their rich owners. And they get paid well to do so. I give you Robert Parry, who has told us that for decades and why he left main stream media. Make no bones about it, we are fighting for our lives and this planet. And it's never been more evident then now!

(Intercepts by GCHQ of internal communications by the kingdom’s General Intelligence Directorate revealed orders by a “member of the royal circle” to abduct the troublesome journalist and take him back to Saudi Arabia. The report does not confirm or deny whether the order came from the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.) Considering GCHQ is a British intelligence and security organisation, it's unlikely they would out such a coalition member without it being true. But with that said, I wouldn't put it past a possible agenda being initiated using this incident. Or even having orchestrating it. As of now it's basically more to the trail of bread crumbs to follow.

He passed away in Jan 2018. Free press? I would argue it's not so free when it serves an agenda set by its rich owners that control and manipulate what comes from it. As in the article, our founding fathers gave the press a freedom to be essentially the forth estate as a check and balance to serve the people. It no longer fills that requirement. When to the press those infants being ripped from their parents are used for the benefit of making money and to rile up the masses in a means to divide the people of 2 parties, it's disgusting. When they constantly, on purpose, leave out the reasons of these peoples plight as to why they're coming here over the past 4 + decades, it's proof there's an agenda to the coverage. Same as with this caravan in the news daily. You don't get any information on why they are coming, you get a substance lacking propaganda filled story of the agenda they want you concentrate on. In which corruption, austerity measures, oppression, gangs, and human rights violations began to run rapid. I don't know where you want me to go with the Flynn, Cohen, Manafort machinations statement. They got caught breaking some fraud, money laundering, and tax laws that the DOJ failed to do its job on. Flynn didn't expose some contacts and work done with Russian companies when being brought into the Trump administration. Another job the DOJ and chairs on the committee failed to do during confirmations. I will say it nice to know you don't trust our government either! Basically that's what it could lead to. I think the more important statement Caitlin is trying to make is that those of the left who have been towing the cow line that Trump is a puppet of Putin, they are now as much responsible for an arms race as the right is. While the shrills on the left have been trapped in the managed perception that Trump and the Russian government colluded to get Trump his victory, they either ignored or are ignorant to the information that Trump hasn't been so good to the Russians in many ways. We expelled many of their diplomats, if not all of them, from the country. We in a coalition effort bombed a airbase with Russian planes on it in Syria over a false chemical weapons claim, possibly killing some Russians, places sanctions on Russia, which keep expanding, allowed Israel to shoot down a plane of theirs killing more Russians, who's knows how many more are dead in battle with our terrorist funded groups, yet they have spent 2 years saying Trump isn't tough enough on the Russians. Oh yea. And we have moved missiles closer to the Russian border against set past treaties. I guess they want a full blown nuclear war!?! Go figure.

Yea, Deno, you're always so difficult to deal with. What the hell does Central America have to do with this issue? Believe? What are you addressing with that statement? It's within the confines of a paragraph about Central America that is off topic to this post. So I have no clue how to address you're questions on Central America, an operation, or cost. I have explained that to you on more than one occasion. How about you explain yourself. Feel free to explain to us how there was any Russian collusion to the nature of the claims provided by the DNC and Clinton, any news organization or journalist, or any politician! After 2 years of investigating this matter no one has been indicted or been brought to court on any type of collusion between Trump and the Russian government. Or having hacked the DNC data base. Involved with our affairs? That's a whole different issue to the case of collusion of the Russian government with Trump to win the election or hacking the DNC data base. Please separate the 2! Which I'm fairly certain those words would be society and community. Off hand, the only difference is that the Green Party advocates for a major turn towards job creation via green alternatives. But I find the comment section to actually be the best group of people and possibly the best part of CD. I don't think you can find another internet news source with such an abundant comment section. Support the people. They have no guilt on them for the relationships of past history that they have been paying the price for. While I'll agree Assad has a fault from playing the game with the devils of the westernized world, he doesn't deserve the illegal atrocities being committed on him and his people that are being waged on them. When their only fault is that as Iraq and Iran, being placed over large reserves of oil. This game has been played over the course of decades by outside interference in which each of these countries have been befriended, used, abused, then befriended again, leading to demonized as an end game. What makes Saudi Arabia so special? Another country of that region in this very game. When there is considerable evidence they financially supported the 9/11 attacks, are well known to be one of the most horrific human rights abusers, that we would and do crucify other countries on, often on a false narrative we make up, yet as with those countries we once worked with when it was in our interest, Saudi Arabia is getting a pass. As in Trump's own admittance just the other day, we should give them a pass for supporting the murder of nearly 3000 people in our country because they spend a few hundred billion buying our weapons. You now have a price on what your life is worth. You've just became a measure of worth to the westernized global agenda, and can be sacrificed at anytime for it with no fault to anyone for allowing this relationship to continue. For what Assad is worth, we should be thanking him for playing a part in showing the world what our westernized governments and the main stream media are, then handle the past history accordingly where necessary. But we can't get to that point when we are being managed to think a world leader somewhere is something they managed to make us think he or she is. We have a much larger problem to solve first to get there.

The writer is making that very point. This is one of my main arguments of the managed perception in the US of those so against socialism. As they are trained to turn their attention to mainly those 2 countries as a reference. The writer gives a good example of how he sees Russia and China both used their false version of socialism to benefit imperial building. Not for the good of the workers and nation as a whole. The Russian revolution of 1917 never really had time to advance. It was quickly over taken with the help of outside influence. So you're right, Russia was never really a socialist country as it was so titled. Or China being both countries falsely use title towards imperialism.
